Did you know that the average woman has about $550.00 worth of unworn clothing in their the closet. I’m sure I have more, but they are beautiful to look at! On this Fantastic Friday I knew an amazing floor plan by Inaki Aliste Lizarralde and a few pictures of Carrie’s closet would get me motivated to clean, organize and transition my closets to fall (maybe on Sunday).

You have to get “Carried Away” looking at her closet. This floor plan makes me want to revamp some things.

Fall Bucket List

Yay! y’all have no idea how excited I am about fall. Crisp weather, orange, red and mustard leaves, scarves and boots, Oh My. There are so many things that need to be accomplished this season. So many in fact I had to write them down. What better way to make sure every bucket gets a check (I laughed). When you share you feel more compelled, more driven to make it happen. Presenting my fall bucket list.

Fall Bucket List

•Bake Pumpkin Something or shall I say just bake something from scratch.(I only own two cookie sheets)

•Purchase cake pans and/or cupcake pans

•Decorate a festive pumpkin

•Create an autumn chic balcony

•Starbucks study date, did someone say Pumpkin Spice Latte

•Get back on my weight training routine; beach body in December 🙂

•Less sugar, less alcohol, and ATTEMPT one cup of coffee a day (cringe)

•Stay focused on Dashing Unicorn

Happy First Day of Fall

Knowing I’m not the only girl who swoons with the first sign of boot weather and gets giddy when crispness

is in the air. Even GOOGLE couldn’t resist celebrating the colors of fall, so of course I had to!

Cool nights require Hot soup and a Very Cheesy Adult Grilled Cheese sandwich.

Guacamole Grilled Cheese

Pinterest has several versions of grilled cheese sandwiches which all look yummy. Tonight an easy recipe was essential after a crazy day at work, but more importantly I skipped the grocery store this weekend so I had no choice, but to work magic with what was on hand.

Guacamole Grilled Cheese:
– Two slices Ezekiel Bread
– Turkey Bacon
– Avocado
– Hummus
– Light Cheese
– Margarine (Brummel & Brown yogurt margarine)

Preparation:
– Bake two slices of turkey bacon in the oven, while the George Foreman is warming.

– Spread margarine on a side, of both slices of bread. Slice avocado and mix with salsa to make an easy guacamole. Lastly, wait for bacon to crisp!

– The bacon should crisp in approximately 10-15 mins at 350 degrees.

– Put the bread margarine side down on the George Foreman and slather the topside with hummus, next layer on turkey bacon, add shredded cheese, top the cheese with a spoon full of guacamole then the second slice of bread and shut the lid to the Foreman.

– Prepare yourself of for the ten five minutes of Heavenly Bliss you are about to devour! Open the Foreman and place the ooooweeeee gooey goodness on a plate cut in half and just smile.

Finding Your Niche

Niche is defined as: a job, activity, etc. that is very suitable for someone: The situation in which a business’s products or services can succeed by being sold to a particular kind or group of people.

This is where I being. Hi, my name is Dominique and I like to this of myself as a Unicorn, beautiful, majestic, mysterious and mythical. The Mysterious and Mythical parts are what made me want to start a blog. I am searching for my Niche in the world, the place that is suitable for me. When I sit back and think about all the amazing things I do in my head at work, in the gym, in the kitchen or while plotting how to take over the world thinking of how I can organize my dream Planner!
